hold recent apps doesn't take screenshots during setup?

OOB - sticky tapes on top of box cover instead holding between top and bottom? battery not (or close to, 35%?) fully charged. What version preloaded - ask to upgrade to 4.2 Jelly Bean?

• flushed black buttons on black chassis are impossible to find in low light, obsessive design trumps usability? make them different colors
• cannot retrieve data error on wake up
